Baby

Baby is the last surviving Tuffle, a race that was exterminated by the Saiyans under King Vegeta's orders before the Saiyans were themselves destroyed by Frieza. Created from the genetic memories and grudge of the Tuffle king, Baby seeks revenge on the entire Saiyan race. He parasitically possesses hosts by entering their bodies, and eventually takes over Vegeta to become Baby Vegeta — his most powerful form. He was ultimately defeated in Dragon Ball GT by Goku's Super Saiyan 4 form and banished into the sun.
