Commander Red

Commander Red was the diminutive, megalomaniacal leader of the Red Ribbon Army, an enormous military organization dedicated to gathering all seven Dragon Balls. In a shocking twist, his true wish was not world domination but to grow taller — a petty desire that drove one of the largest criminal enterprises in the Dragon Ball world. When Staff Officer Black discovered this, he assassinated Red and declared himself the new commander. Red is a memorable villain for how his mundane personal insecurity stood in stark contrast to the vast, deadly organization he commanded.
