Dr. Hedo

Dr. Hedo is the grandson of the original Dr. Gero and a genius scientist who surpasses even his grandfather in terms of raw technical brilliance. A devoted superhero fan, he designs the Gamma androids in the image of classic comic heroes. He was recruited by the reformed Red Ribbon Army under false pretenses, believing he was fighting evil rather than enabling it. After learning the truth, he switched sides and contributed his expertise to help defeat Cell Max, beginning a new path working alongside Capsule Corporation.
