Dr. Myuu

Dr. Myuu is a Machine Mutant scientist and the creator of Baby and General Rilldo, both primary antagonists in Dragon Ball GT. Operating from the Machine Mutant colony on planet M2, his goal was to use Baby to enact the Tuffle revenge against the Saiyan race. He later collaborated with Dr. Gero in Hell to create Hell Fighter 17, combining their expertise to produce the Super Android 17 threat. Dr. Myuu represents the recurring Dragon Ball theme of scientific ambition without ethical restraint.
