Fortuneteller Baba

Fortuneteller Baba is the older sister of Master Roshi and a powerful psychic who can see into the past, present, and future using her crystal ball. She operates a divination service from her haunted castle, where challengers must defeat five of her fighters to receive a free reading. She has a long-standing relationship with the Z Fighters and serves as a liaison between the living world and Other World — using her unique permission to summon the deceased for a single day, which proved crucial during both the 22nd Tournament arc and the Buu saga.
