Garlic Jr.

Garlic Jr. is the immortal son of Garlic, who was denied the position of Guardian of Earth in favor of Kami. Consumed by inherited grudge, Garlic Jr. opened the Dead Zone — a pocket dimension that traps everything inside forever — during the first Dragon Ball Z movie, and was briefly sealed within it by the infant Gohan. He returned during the Garlic Jr. Saga of the anime, having obtained immortality from Shenron, making him the rare Dragon Ball villain who technically achieved his wish and survived.
