Oceanus Shenron

Oceanus Shenron is the Six-Star Shadow Dragon, born from the negative energy of Oolong's wish for underwear — the wish that prevented Pilaf from wishing for world domination. She takes the elegant form of a woman with dragon features and commands powerful wind and sea-based attacks that can create devastating whirlwinds. Despite being born from a somewhat comical wish, she is a serious fighter in Dragon Ball GT and gave Goku significant trouble before being defeated through exploiting the weakness in her dragon energy.
