Oil

Oil is the large, muscle-bound Heeter who acts as the heavy enforcer of the organization. He and Macki operate together as a field team, handling tasks that require physical intimidation or direct confrontation. Despite his imposing size, Oil is not among the story's primary combatants and serves mainly as Elec's capable foot soldier. His presence rounds out the Heeter organization as a genuine multi-member criminal operation rather than just a one-man show.
