Zeno's Palace

Zeno's Palace is the mobile throne complex of Zeno, the Omni-King and absolute supreme ruler of all twelve universes in the Dragon Ball multiverse. The palace floats above all universes, outside the reach of any single universe's space and time, staffed by the Grand Priest and the attendant bodyguards known as the Zeno's Attendants. Despite its regal appearance, it has a somewhat playful, colorful aesthetic reflecting Zeno's childlike personality. Every major decision affecting the multiverse — including the Tournament of Power and the erasure of entire universes — originates from this palace.
